Description
MWS Engineering carried out the concept design, architecture and engineering specialties, including the industrial fish processing, a building for commercial exploitation of fishing and fish processing, called BAIAFISH, in Baía Farta, Benguela Province, Republic of Angola.
The future building will be located next to the seafront and integrated into a fishing area. The terrain, of roughly rectangular geometry, is served to Nor-northeast by the Atlantic Ocean and to south – southwest by unnamed public street, having, relatively, a front of about 131,5 meters. The land has a total area of approximately 27 532,68 m2.
The construction will be implemented in parallel to the sea line and is formed by 3 (three) distinct buildings, Social and Administrative Building, Auxiliary Building and Factory Building.
In addition to the main buildings mentioned, there’s a plan for construction of a Pier/Bridge for the discharge of raw material (fish) and supply services (fuel, water, food and technical support), which is approximately 100m from the water line, in the bathymetric of 2,6 meters..
