At MWS-Training we believe that success also depends on training.<\/p>\n

In an increasingly demanding industry, where commitment to knowledge and technical skills are fundamental, our main objective is to contribute to the development of individuals and companies, increasing their capabilities, as an essential tool for increasing productivity with quality, allowing its development and competitiveness.<\/p>\n

We are an entity certified by DGERT and in this context our main focus is on training actions in the area of Metallurgy and Metalworking (521), such as: Submerged Arc Welding; MIG\/MAG; TIG or Welding Symbology. Complementarily and because we believe that Soft Skills are essential for creating good professionals, we also promote training actions in the following areas: Personal Development (090) and Safety and Hygiene at Work (862). As an example of the actions promoted, we have: Leadership and Team Management; Time management; Safety in Confined Spaces or Safety in Moving Cranes.<\/p>\n

Our offer is made up of catalog or tailor-made training, that is, created and adapted according to the needs of our customers and is aimed at individuals or companies.<\/p>\n

MWS-Training also has equipment in the area of augmented virtual reality simulation, which allows it to establish its position at the forefront of training activity and thus provide its customers with a quality, efficient and quick service. This is a more practical, cheaper, more effective and profitable technology, which, although it does not replace the practice of real work, has proved to be an asset for teaching and correcting postures.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
