Quality policy<\/span><\/h3>\n

The policy reflects a set of commitments established in relations with partnerships and with Stakeholders, with the main objective of strategic and sustained development to assert itself as a reference company in the technical sector of support to the metalworking and energy industry, sector and market where operates through differentiating concepts and solutions that create value for customers.<\/p>\n

This is based on the following principles:<\/p>\n

  1. Service aimed at customer satisfaction and loyalty, through the development and provision of differentiating and competitive services that meet their requirements, as well as technical, legal and other applicable requirements;<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Anticipation and diversification, through careful observation of market circumstances and the state of the art, in order to systematically adapt its offer to its requirements, orienting its activity towards \u201cinnovation at the service of the customer\u201d;<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Quality Management System, <\/span>of the Inspection Body<\/span>, Certification of People and skills of the Testing Laboratory, namely those described in the EN ISO 9001 standards, <\/span>EN ISO\/IEC 17020<\/span>, EN ISO\/IEC 17024 and EN ISO\/IEC 17025, ensuring competence, impartiality and consistent operation of these and the company's activities;<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Promotion of continuous improvement in the performance of the Integrated Management System and its processes, through the optimization of the allocation of resources and available technologies, as well as the use of the best planning practices;<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Promotion and development of teams of professional technicians, dynamic and with a high degree of training, oriented according to the company's values, in order to guarantee the satisfaction of our customers and society in general;<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Ensuring adequate Health and Safety conditions, promoting the consultation and participation of its employees in the development and implementation of good practices in the field of Occupational Safety and Health, allowing the continuous improvement of working conditions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The policy is revised whenever it does not reflect the guidelines and general intentions regarding the normative references of the Integrated Management System. Every year, objectives and targets are defined, consistent with the principles and policy defined above.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
